Seishin Pens Refund Policy

At Seishin Pens, we are committed to your satisfaction with our handcrafted luxury writing instruments. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.

Returns & Eligibility

​

You may return most new, unused items sold by Seishin Pens within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Any pens showing signs of ink use, wear, or damage not present upon initial receipt will not be eligible for a refund. Custom or personalized orders are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please contact us at rusty@seishinpens.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

Refund Process

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
